Blac Chyna has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Rob Kardashian and the Kardashian-Jenner family on Tuesday, claiming that she suffered “significant damages” to her personal brand, as well as verbal and physical assault.
According to People magazine, Chyna’s claim also states that, as a result of the Kardashian-Jenner family’s actions, the second season of her and Rob’s reality TV show, Rob & Chyna was cancelled even after it’d started filming:
“Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White, the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016. In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show, which had already begun filming a second season.
Rob Kardashian and his powerful, vindictive family have done enough damage to Ms. White’s career and professional reputation, which she singlehandedly built from scratch—without the help of a famous last name. This lawsuit seeks to hold them accountable.”
TMZ, meanwhile, is citing E! sources saying Chyna was herself to blame for her and Rob’s show’s cancelation — she was making it impossible [and] refused to be in the same room as Rob [to film],” the sources claim. (Also, apparently, ratings weren’t even that great.) Chyna’s suit also alleges that Kardashian was violent against her in a heretofore undisclosed incident, after Chyna tried to call Tyga, her ex (as well as Kylie Jenner’s ex) and the father of her first child King Cairo:
“Ms. White suffered pain and difficulty walking for days following the domestic dispute as a result of Rob Kardashian violently knocking her to the ground.”
Another source tells People, meanwhile, that the Kardashians “saw [the lawsuit] coming.” While the family weren’t expecting to be named as defendants en masse, “this is how they know Chyna — she is dramatic and will do everything to still be attached to the Kardashian name.”
